Buying with us there are 3 parties in each transaction, the seller (us), the buyer (you) and the shipper. 

Shipping Issues

Once you receive a UPS or USPS Tracking ID Number ANY and ALL shipping  issues with delivery, lost packages, damaged packages, slow delivery, missing package etc… must be handled directly by you (the buyer) and the shipper you chose (UPS or the USPS). Once the shipper has the package in their possession we have fulfilled our obligation in the transaction.

Once the package is in the possession of the shipper, we (ishop.gifts) have NO control of the package whatsoever.

Since most of our sales are purchased as a gift, either for someone else or yourself, we make every effort to ship within 24-48 hours from the date of your order.  Shipping is in accordance to USPS & UPS and for some places home delivery may not be available. 

We do combine shipping when items are purchased together which helps reduce overall shipping cost.  If you want an item shipped separately, such as a Christmas gift, then we suggest that you place a separate order for that item and change the ‘Shipping Address’ for that item.

Conditions of delivery

Buyer is responsible to check the condition of the items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of confirmed delivery by the shipper. If a package/item is not reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery then no exchange or refund or return will be available.

If a package or item is damaged due to the shipper the buyer is responsible for submitting a damage claim directly with the shipper as we have no control of a shipping issue. (Shippers only offer compensation on insured packages.)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS & UPS).  We do not charge any more than the actual shipping cost and we do NOT charge any handling fees.

All items are shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. Shipping is calculated on the actual weight of the product and your location by zip code. 

USPS First Class can only be chosen for items 15oz or less and will include a Tracking ID Number.  Shipping time is normally 3-5 days.

USPS Priority can be chosen for any size and/or weight items.  A Tracking ID Number will be provided and up to $50 Insurance is included by the USPS.  Shipping time is normally 1-3 days.

USPS Priority Express can be chosen for any item.  A Tracking ID Number will be provided and up to $50 Insurance is provided by the USPS.  Shipping time is generally 1-2 days. 

 All Free Shipping offers will be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping 2-10 Days.  A tracking number will be provided.


We have shipped thousands of products via the USPS and have a lot of faith in their service, accuracy and handling. 

However, once the package is in the hands of the USPS we have no control of the actual delivery day or time.

Varying factors for delayed delivery could be weather, traffic, natural disasters, machine malfunction or human error.  We will assist in tracking shipments as much as we can if an item is delayed or lost but ultimately it is the USPS that has final control.  

Any shipping disputes must be made within 14 days after the USPS shows a confirmed delivery of the package via their online tracking documentation.  

Once the shipping carrier shows a confirmed delivery ishop.gifts can not be held responsible for disputes such as a “non-delivery” request, “missing package” request, “I didn’t receive my package” request or “The package never arrived” request.

Refund request for shipping charges are handled separate from items purchased from this store.
